Job Description :- As the senior CDP, you will be supervising a small team dedicated to supplying food to retail outlets all over the UAE; Quality assurance, stock control, Ordering, receiving, developing, training, leading
Assist the executive chef in creating and developing new product
Desired profile of the candidate :-
- Cold section experience is a must
- Pastry section experience is a must
- Hot section is a plus
- PIC Trained is a must
- Has worked in a reputable catering company or 4-5 star hotel banqueting
- Early morning shift
- Male or Female; Able to work very efficiently and with speed while sustaining consistency
